Booking and cancellation conditions

Océane BnB does not accept children ( >18 years)

Océane BnB is entirely non-smoking - thank you

Check in 4 pm => 7 pm

Reservations on the Océane Nazare website are non-refundable (but cheaper! ...)
In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made.
The customer has the right to change dates, if rooms are available, up to 30 days before the original booking date.
If the price of the new booking is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
If the price of the new reservation is lower, no refund will be made.
Payment is made online by credit card.

BREAKFAST => We no longer serve breakfast (for health reasons).
We subcontract breakfast to our partner “minimercado do mar” located 2 minutes walk from the BNB. You can choose and pay directly on site.
You can also eat in the dining area if you bring your own breakfast, where you'll find a fridge, a coffee and tea machine and everything you need.
